The rooms of River Castle are situated close to the Main Mobor beach road that heads towards the main commercial city of Margao. While staying at River Castle in one of the 5 rooms, 2 River view, 1 Sea view and 2 Village view, you will notice a homely feeling and atmosphere as the owner and proprietor of River Castle who is your Holiday host is always living on the ground floor with his wife and family. So you will be holidaying and staying in the midst of a traditional Goan family. River Castle is a family holiday accommodation, so rest your safety and security concerns.
We are besides a River, so you can enjoy many backwater cruises and boat trips by joining Bettys Cruises which is at a walking distance from River Castle.
We are close to the Sea, so you can go for a Sun tan or a Beach walk or for a Swim in the safe sea waters of Mobor beach, just a stone’s throw away from River Castle.
We are close to the Estuary, so you can enjoy Bird watching, Fishing, Deep sea fishing, Shopping for fresh fish at nearby Cutbona jetty etc.
River Castle holiday home which is based in the tropical and un spoilt South of Goa, offers Clean and Comfortable rooms, which are fully furnished with all basic amenities to mention a few here; Wooden bed with mattress, Attached baths & toilets, Air Conditioning, LED TV with Satellite connection, Hot & Cold Running Water, Invertor backup for electricity and many more amenities mentioned below. Most importantly the host of River Castle that is Mr. Tennyson Fernandes lives within the same property on the ground floor, so homely service is always guaranteed to be just a call away. He stays with his family at the same property and hence he will be available to make sure that you have a comfortable stay. All 5 River Castle Rooms can accommodate 2 Adults and a third person is provided with an extra metal bed with mattress. (Chargeable extra). Besides the above all rooms have a writing table cum chair, Verandahs with chairs, Wardrobes and plenty of Electrical sockets/points for all your modern gadgets. |
